Kids Like Me
Staying healthy can be as fun and easy as playing outside and eating fresh, tasty, healthy foods. Activities like playing sports, playing tag, or riding horses like our big sister does for her sport can help keep you healthy. When you add being active with fresh fruits and veggies your already off to a healthy start. We want to inspire parents and kids to get in the kitchen and teach their families how to cook like our Mom and Dad did with us. It’s so fun and you get to be creative. Its also fun to try to choose a fun, healthy, easy recipe everyone in the family will love. There are ways for even the youngest family member to help prepare the meal!
